  1. Potong tempe sesuai selera
  2. Rebus air sesuai banyaknya tempe (diperkirakan). Air mendidih masukkan bumbu halus beserta sereh yg digeprek dan daun salam
  3. Masukkan Gula merah dan kecap serta asam jawa
  4. Masukkan tempe, tutup sejenak hingga air rebusan kering..
