  1. Wash and soak daals fr 2 hours at least
  2. Now heat oil 1/2 cup save half fr baghaar
  3. Add ginger garlic paste fry and add beef and spices
  4. Cook it in own water fr 15 mins
  5. Now add daale 1 litre water and cook in pre5 cooker fr 30 mins
  6. Now wen it's cooled down blend it with hand blender till fine and smooth
  7. Lastly heat oil add onion sliced cook till golden
  8. Pour over haleem and cover da lid
  9. Your dish is ready to serve
  10. Serve it with chopped dhania podina ginger and lemon
