- Haluskan sisa bumbu campur dg terigu, susu dan telur hingga jadi adonan kental
- Geprek halus tempe, lalu celupkan dalam adonan. Gulingkan dalam tepung roti sambil di tekan- tekan dan bentuk jadi bulat pipih. Lakukan hingga potongan tempe habis
- Panaskan minyak, goreng tempe dg api sedang hingga kuning keemasan. Siap disajikan..
