  3. Masukkan air, asam jawa, ketumbar, dan gula merah
  4. Setelah mendidih, masukkan tempe + kecap manis + garam + penyedap, lalu koreksi rasa.
  5. Aduk sebentar2 (jgn terlalu sering, takut tempe nya hancur) sampai air mengering dan bumbu meresap, jika blm meresap, bisa tambahkan air lg dan masak sampai mengering lg ya mom.
  6. Jika sudah meresap + air mengering, angkat deh
