Steps to make Keripik Tempe:
  1. Campurkan tepung dan bumbu halus tambahkan air sedikit2,tekstur adonan tidak terlalu encer dan tdk terlalu kental,tambahkan telur dan kaldu jamur aduk rata
  2. Potong tipis2 tempe,gunakan pisau yg benar2 tajam ya,untuk tempe akan lebih bagus menggunakan tempe super yg tekstur nya padat,kalau punya saya tempe yg biasa ya 1 papan harga 6rb tambah yg harga 2rb
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng sekitar 300ml,lalu celupkan tempe dlm tepung goreng hingga setengah matang,goreng semuanya sampai habis
  4. Lalu goreng kembali dari urutan pertama yg di goreng tadi,goreng sampai renyah,bisa di cek dgn cara mematahkan tempe
  5. Setelah di goreng semua biarkan dingin dulu lalu simpan dlm wadah kedap udara,ini bisa tahan hingga 1 bulan atau lebih,kalau di resep asli tips tahan 2-3bulan dgn cara di Oven hasilnya pasti renyah dan kesat tanpa minyak,setelah di goreng dan dingin, tempe di oven dgn suhu rendah api atas bawah selma 20 menit,jadi ga perlu goreng setengah matang seprti punya saya,bisa lngsung matang lalu di oven,kalau tdk pnya oven bisa lakukan cara sprt punya saya💖
