  3. Masukkan tempe, masak dengan api kecil hingga kuah menyusut dan bumbu meresap sambil sesekali diaduk perlahan/disiram bagian atasnya. Setelah air menyusut matikan api
  4. Goreng hingga berwarna coklat tua. Angkat dan tiriskan. Siap disajikan. Bisa buat stok, simpan dalam wadah tertutup, masukkan kulkas. Bisa tahan 2-3 hari.
