  1. Cuci bersih daging dan lemak kambing tiriskan
  2. Cuci bersih daun pepaya lalu remas-remas dan letakkan daun pepaya ke dalam mangkok masukan daging dan lemak kambing ke dalam mangkok yang sudah di lapisi daun pepaya lalu bungkus daging dengan daun pepaya sampai tertutup semua dan diamkan selama 45 menit di suhu ruang
  3. Tumis bumbu halus marinasi kecuali kecap sampai harum dan matang sisihkan
  4. Setelah 45 menit keluarkan daging kambing dari daun pepaya lumuri daging dan lemak kambing dengan bumbu marinasi dan tambahkan kecap manis aduk sampai merata dan tutup pakai plastik wrapping masukan ke dalam kulkas dan diamkan selama 1-2 jam
  5. Setalah itu tusuk daging dan lemak kambing ke tusukan sate dengan urutan tusukan pertama daging lalu lemak setelah itu daging lakukan sampai selesai
  6. Bakar sate sambil di lumuri kecap manis bakar sampai matang dan lakukan sampai selesai
