- Tambahkan gula merah,gula pasir,garam dan penyedap rasa (sy pakai ajinomoto / micin) aduk lagi sampai berubah warna dan mengeluarkan minyak
- Sisihkan, jika ingin di gunakan tambahkan sedikit air,kecap dan irisan bawang sprti abang2 tukang sate
- Di resep kali ini sy bkin bumbu versi kental.sprti bumbu pecel ya bunda agar lebih tahan lama,kalo mau bikin2 lagi tinggal tambhkan air hangat,+ kecap,sisanya bisa di masukkan frezer
- Trik bikin sate empuk, tusuk sate yg sudah d potong dadu,
