  2. Lalu siapkan bumbu2. Tumis bumbu halus, kayu manis, daun jeruk, lengkuas, sereh, bunga lawang, hingga harum lalu masukkan daging kambing. Aduk hingga berubah warna.
  3. Tuang air kaldu rebusan daging kambing td. Masak dg api kecil sampai daging empuk, beri garam, gula, merica dan kecap manis. Aduk rata. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
  4. Sajikan tengkleng dg taburan bawang merah goreng, tomat dan daun bawang.
