  1. Siapkan bahan2 dan haluskan bumbu
  2. Rebus daging kambing dgn 1,5 liter air dan bumbu cemplung sampai air agak asat
  3. Jika air sudah agak asat masukkan 250 ml santan kental. Aduk2 terus dgn menggunakan api sedang.
  4. Tumis bumbu halus tadi sampai harum, lalu masukkan ke dalam rebusan daging
  5. Jika air sudah mendidih, masukkan cabai merah utuh, lalu berikan bumbu tambahan sesuai selera. Koreksi rasa jika dirasa ada yg kurang bumbu2 boleh ditambah. Dan cek daging jika daging sudah empuk matikan kompor. Jika daging belum empuk boleh direbus sebentar lg sampe empuk. Boleh ditambah air lg jika senang kuah banyak. Jika air ditambah bumbu2 pun juga harus ditambah dan koreksi rasa lg. Jika rasa sudah oke dan daging sudah empuk matikan kompor.
