  1. Rebus daging kambing dengan 500 ml air selama 10 menit, kemudian buang air rebusan pertama. Tambahkan kembali 1,5 liter air ke dalam rebusan daging kambing tadi hingga matang bersama lengkuas, serai dan daun salam.
  2. Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan hingga harum dan matang. Masukkan bumbu ke dalam rebusan daging kambing.
  3. Tambahkan cuka, lada bubuk, ketumbar bubuk, garam, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk dan kecap manis. Aduk hingga rata. Kecilkan api kompor. Tunggu hingga bumbu meresap. Koreksi rasa.
