- Potong2 daging kambing ukuran 2 cm atau sesuai selera. Bungkus dengan daun pepaya yang sudah di remas, minimal 1 jam. Sisihkan dlm kulkas.
- Keluarkan daging dari daun pepaya. Haluskan bawang dan garam, lumuri daging dengan bumbu sambil di remas2. Siapkan tusuk sate, rendam dulu dlm air jika tusuknya dr bambu, saya pakai ruji sepeda baru yg di tajamkan. Tusuk 3 potong daging (susuai selera). Lakukan smp semua daging habis.
- Bakar di atas arang hingga matang merata.
- Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat bersama kuah gulai atau tongseng. Atau dengan sambal kecap, campur semua bahan sambal dan aduk rata.
