- Tumis bumbu halus,lengkuas,jahe,daun salam,daun jerum,sere dg minyak,hingga harum,masukan daging kambing oseng2 4mnt,lalu masukan air kira kira 2 gelas,cengkeh,kayu manis,bumbui gula,garam,kaldu bubuk,bumbu kari,lalu tutup panci hingga air 1/2 surut lalu masukan santan,aduk2,biarkan mengental dan minyak terlihat keatas pertnda sudah masak ! Sajikan dg taburan bawang goreng π₯
