Walaupun roti canai saya tidak berapa menjadi, tapi ada rasa dan boleh makan umpama. Kari kambing merupakan sebuah juadah yang enak dimakan dengan nasi atau dicicah dengan roti jala. Untuk hilangkan bau kambing dalam masakan, perahkan jus lemon ke atas daging kambing. Air terdiri daripada beberapa jenis pilihan dan anda boleh memilih yang mana-mana anda suka.

Instructions to make Kari Kambing:
  1. Siapkan daging kambing dan juga bumbunya, haluskan semua bumbu halus, saya menggunakan blender.
  2. Siapkan wajan, tumis bumbu hingga harum, lalu tambahkan daun salam, serai, daun jeruk, kayu manis, cengkeh, kapulaga, bunga lawang, aduk rata, lalu beri 1 sachet bumbu kari bubuk instan, aduk rata, lalu masukkan daging kambing, aduk rata.
  3. Masak hingga daging kambing berubah warna, lalu masukkan santan encer, lalu saya pindahkan kepanci, masak hingga dagingnya empuk selama 40 menit dengan api kecil.
  4. Setelah itu masukkan santa kental, aduk lalu beri garam, aduk dan cicipi, masak hingga kuah mendidih dan berminyak sambil sesekali diaduk supaya santan tidak pecah.
  5. Sajikan kari kambing panas bersama roti maryam.
