- Keluarkan daging dari kulkas, lalu potong2 kemudian baluri dengan perasan jeruk nipis dan nanas cincang…diamkan kurleb 10 menit
- Cuci bersih daging kambing, lalu baluri dengan bumbu marinasi yg sudah dihaluskan sambil diremas2 supaya meresap…diamkan kurleb 10 menit
- Setelah 10 menit, masukkan daging kambing dalam wajan, lalu tutup wajan dan nyalakan api kecil saja…tunggu hingga daging matang dan empuk masak kurleb 15 menit
- Sambil menunggu daging matang, siapkan bumbu halus untuk serundeng
