- Get 1/2 kg daging kambing
- Prepare 1 tomat besar, biarkan utuh

- Get 100 ml santan instant
- Get 800 ml air, bs ditambahkan atau dikurangi

- Make ready 12 cabe merah, sy dikeluarkan bijinya agar tdk terlalu pedas
- Prepare 7 siung bawang merah
- Prepare 4 siung bawang putih
- Make ready 1 ruas jari jahe
- Get 1 ruas jari kunyit
- Prepare Bumbu Kering :
- Prepare 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- Take 1,5 sdt ketumbar bubuk
- Take 1,5 sdt jinten bubuk
- Make ready 1 btg kayu manis
- Make ready 8 butir kapulaga hijau
- Take 5 butir cengkeh
Instructions to make Saneh Kambing:
- Rebus air hingga mendidih, masukkan daging kambing, biarkan hingga mendidih kembali. Buang airnya. Sisihkan daging. (Ini fungsinya membuang kotoran pd daging kambing yg menempel krn tidak dicuci).
- Didihkan air baru, masukkan daging kambing, masak hingga mendidih kembali. Buang busa2 yg mengapung. Sambil merebus daging kita buat bumbu.
- Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak hingga bener2 matang. Masukkan sereh dan daun kari. Masukkan juga semua bumbu kering, masak hingga bumbu kering dan berminyak. Tambahkan air 1/4 gelas. Masak hingga mengering.
- Masukkan tumisan bumbu halus ke rebusan daging, masak sekitar 30 menit. Kemudian masukkan tomat, cabe hijau dan kelabet. Tutup panci dan masak lagi hingga daging empuk.
- Terakhir masukkan santan, masak hingga air berkurang dan santan matang. Jgn lupa garam, gula dan kaldu jamurnya ya.
- Sajikan dengan roti jala. (Resep roti jala terpisah).
- Note : Daging kambing sebaiknya tidak dicuci agar tidak bau prengus.
