  1. Cuci bersih kambing tiriskan,lumuri daging kambing dgn bumbu marinade yg sdh d haluskan diamkan 30 menit - 1 jam
  2. Rebus tulang rawan dgn 1 1/2 sdt garam (metode 5 30 10) buang airnya,potong2 tulang rawan
  3. Siapkan bumbu halus (bumbu sy haluskan pake Chopper spy tdk terlalu halus spy kuah sop tetap bening),siapkan jg rempah2 daun
