- Siapkan Bahan2, daging kambing cuci bersih, potong2 kotak/sesuai selera. Tatuh dalam wadah lalu bumbui dengan bahan bumbu marimasi.Aduk rata diamkan 15-20 menit agar meresap
- Siapakan bahan sayuran,iris sesuai selera kol, tomat dan daun bawang
- Tumis daging kambing sampai berubah warna, angkat dan taruh dalam wadah dan sisihkan
- Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum,tambah 50ml air dan santan klatu aduk hingga mendidih, masukan daging yg sdh ditumis tadi.Aduk rata, masak hingga daging kambing empuk, jika air menyusut bisa ditambah lagi seperlunya.
