- Panaskan 2 sdm margarin dan minyak goreng. Tumis bombai dan bawang putih sampai harum
- Sementara sambil menunggu bumbu siap. Cuci beras hingga bersih dan diamkan sekitar 20 menit
- Bila tumisan bawang sudah harum dan berubah warna, kecilkan api, masukkan bumbu rempah+ tomat, aduk rata. Lalu tuang 400ml air, tunggu sampai mendidih
- Masukkan daging kambing yg telah disediakan, didihkan bersama bumbu, tunggu sekitar 20 menit
- Masukkan beras basmati, aduk bersama daging sampai tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam majic com. Tambahkan lagi sekitar 200 ml air
- Tunggu hingga nasi matang dan bisa segera dinikmati. Walaupun dinamakan nasi instan, tp ternyata masaknya jg tidak instan 😉😉 namun rasanya, sepadan dengan perjuangan nya 😘😘
