  1. Make ready 1 kg daging kambing campur iga
  2. Prepare 2 buah kentang, kupas potong dadu
  3. Make ready 2 buah wortel
  4. Take 2 buah daun bawang
  5. Make ready 1/2 bawang bombay
  6. Make ready 1/2 biji pala
  7. Get 3 buah pekak / bunga lawang
  8. Take 3 kapulaga
  9. Get Bumbu Halus
  10. Take 4 siung bawang putih
  11. Take 6 siung bawang merah
  12. Prepare 1 sdt merica
Instructions to make Sup Kambing:
  1. Cuci daging kambing, kucuri jeruk nipis. Rebus kambing dengan air mendidih, sebentar saja (5 menit), tiriskan lalu buang airnya. Rebus kembali dengan air baru kurang 30 mnt, setelah itu matikan kompor, diamkan selama 30 mnt - 1 jam dalam kondisi tertutup rapat. Rebus kembali hingga 30 menit.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, daun bawang, bw.bombay, bunga lawang dan kapulaga, tumis hingga matang dan harum, masukkan wortel dan kentang, aduk hingga layu.
  3. Masukan tumisna bumbu, kentang dan wortel kedalam panci yg tadi mendidih, masukkan garam, parutan pala, koreksi rasa sesuai keinginan. Masak hingga semua matang.
