  1. Iris tipis daging kambing, cuci bersih & tiriskan. Siapkan daun jeruk & daun salam, cuci bersih.
  2. Siapkan air dlam panci, nyalakan api kompor. Jika air sdh benar2 mendidih, masukkan daging kambing, daun salam, daun jeruk & garam. Rebus hingga 5 menit, jika sudah, matikan api kompor & tutup rapat panci, diamkan hingga 30 menit.
  3. Jika sdh 30 menit, hidupkan api kompor. Rebus kembali selama 7 menit. Kemudian, angkat & tiriskan.
