- Rebus daging kambing sampai matang,beri garam 1 sdkt, tumis bumbu sampai wangi,masukkan daging yg sudah direbus, aduk aduk biar bumbu menyatu
- Masukkan santan, masak santan sampai mendidih,setelah mendidih masukkan kentang, masukkan bubuk kari..masukkan garam n gula..icip rasa masukkan daun bawang n siap di hidangkan
