- Tumis bumbu halus, jahe, lengkuas, serai (jahe, lengkuas dan serai aku geprek), daun jeruk, daun salam, kemudian masukkan ayam yang sudah di panggang, lalu masukkan santan kara (santan aku campur dg 500 ml air), masukkan cabai rawit utuh, tambahkan garam dan gula, koreksi rasanya, tara….., ayam lodho siap di santap dengan nasi gurih (resep nasi gurihnya menyusul ya…. π)
