  4. Keprek jahe, serai, lengkuas, potong tomat
  5. Dalam panci press cooker, tumis semua bahan bumbu halus dan kasar, tumis selama 10 menit, matikan kompor lalu masukan air dan daging. Tutup panci press cooker, masak selama 30 menit.
  6. Biarkan uap dan bunyi desisnya hilang baru buka tutup pancinya.
