  4. Setelah air tinggal sedikit, tes rasa sambil terus diaduk supaya tidak gosong. Tambahkan sedikit minyak goreng. Aduk sebentar lalu matikan api.
  5. Bacem hati sapi siap disantap bersama dengan nasi putih hangat.
