- Challah: masukkan semua bahan challah kecuali minyak. Uleni hingga 1/2 kalis lalu tuang minyak.
- Uleni hingga kalis dan bisa dibentuk bola lalu istirahatkan adonan 20 menit.
- Bagi jadi 24 bagian, masing-masing 18 gr. Ambil 1 adonan, pipihkan lalu gulung sampai berbentuk sosis dan lancip diujung.
- Untuk 1 challah: ambil 8 adonan. Letakkan 4 vertikal 4 horizontal. Per 2 adonan anyam selang seling. Ada 4 ujung adonan mengarah ke jam 12, jam 3, jam 9 dan jam 6.

- Oles dgn sisa kocokan telur dan taburi wijen. Panggang di suhu 180C selama 20-25 menit golden brown atau hingga matang sesuai oven masing2.
- Setelah matang dan hilang uap panasnya, belah 2 challah.
- Panaskan margarin. Panggang sisi dalam (putih) challah hingga kecoklatan. Tidak perlu dibalik.
- Beef: campur semua bahan beef lalu bentuk bulat pipih. Panaskan teflon yang sudah dioles minyak. Panggang beef hingga matang.
- Saus: campur semua bahan saus. Penyelesaian: Oles bagian dalam challah dgn saus. Beri potongan timun dan tomat.
- Beri beef di atasnya. Sajikan Challah Beef Burger.
