  1. Potong kotak kotak daging sesuai ukurang yg di sukai
  2. Siapkan bumbu halus : Bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, kemiri, merica, kunyit
  3. Geprek serai dan lengkuas
  4. Cuci bersih kol, tomat, daun bawang. Lalu potong potong sesuai selera
  5. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus serta serai, daun salam, lengkuas dan daun jeruk
  6. Tumis hingga harum dan matang
  7. Masukkan daging, tumis beserta bumbu hingga warna daging berubah.
  8. Masukan air secukupnya. Oh ya sebelum nya air di rebus dulu ya sampai mendidih, baru di campurkan ke daging yg telah di tumis
  9. Masukkan gula merah, kecap dan royco
  10. Koreksi rasa.
