- Prepare BAHAN SAMBAL :
- Prepare 20 buah cabe rawit
- Get 2 siung bawang putih
Instructions to make Sup Iga Sapi:
- Setelah iga dibersihkan, rebus iga selama 40 menit dengan api sedang. Lalu buang rebusan pertama. Lalu tambahkan lagi air, rebus lagi. Tambahkan lengkuas, jahe, daun salam, daun jeruk, garam, gula, dan kaldu sapi
- Cuci bersih kentang dan wortel yang telah dikupas. Potong dadu. Lalu panaskan telflon tuang 2 sdm minyak goreng lalu goreng bawang merah, bawang putih, lada dan merica hingga layu. Lalu ulek hingga halus (saya tuang bersama minyaknya ke dalam ulekan) Setelah itu masukan bumbu yang telah di haluskan ke rebusan iga.
- Rebus hingga benar-benar empuk lalu kecilkan api (saya pilih api paling kecil) Masukan kentang dan wortel lalu terakhir tambahkan irisan seledri
- Cara buat sambel : rebus cabe dan bawang putih lalu blender hingga halus. Siapkan mangkok, tata iga dan kuah dalam mangkok. Taburkan bawang goreng dan irisan seledri. Tambahkan sambal sesuai selera, beri perasan jeruk nipis secekupnya. Lalu nikmati dengan nasi hangat ☺☺
