  1. Potong Ayam Kampung Kecil-kecil lalu balur dengan perasan jeruk nipis (supaya menghilangkan amis)
  2. Haluskan semua bumbu halus (saya di blender supaya praktis, bisa juga di uleg)
  3. Siapkan wajan, tambahkan minyak sedikit (kira² 2-3 sdm), lalu tuang bumbu halus dan tumis hingga harum, kemudian masukkan serai, daun salam, daun jeruk, tumis kembali
  4. Kemudian masukkan air kira² 500ml - 1 Liter, dan masukkan Ayam Kampung yang sudah dibaluri Perasan Jeruk Nipis. Tunggu hingga air berkurang, masukkan kaldu bubuk. Jika ayam kampung sudah empuk tidak perlu ditambah air, jika kurang empuk bisa ditambah air ya, dan tunggu hingga air berkurang.
  5. Jika sudah empuk dan matang, jangan lupa di cicipi, lalu masukkan daun kemangi, sebentar saja di aduk supaya daun kemangi tidak layu. Lalu matikan kompor, dan siap disajikan di piring. Selamat Menikmati.
