  3. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi baru masukan sereh, lengkuas, daun salam dan daun jeruk. Beri air kaldu sedikit2 dan masukan santan perlahan aduk2. Apabila kental, tambahin air kaldunya.
  4. Lalu masukan ayam kampung yg td sudah direbus. Masak kurleb 15 menit baru masukan kentang dan tahu putih. Hati2 membalik tahu ya jgn sampai hancur. Beri garam, gula dan kaldu jamur. Tes rasa. Masak sampai kentang empuk.
  5. Setelah dirasa empuk, sajikan dgn bawang goreng.
  6. Paling mantap kalau disajikan dgn sambal terasi, emping dan bakwan udang. Yummie kebangetan. Selamat mencoba ya.
