  1. Bhindi preparation—-Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add the chopped bhindi. Sauté it to in medium flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer bhindi into a bowl.Now in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it. Add cumin seeds,green chilli, onions one by one. Fry it until onions turn light brown.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste cook it for 1 minute.Add tomatoes and salt,cook it for 1-4 minutes.
  4. Now add all the dry masala(spices)saute it well.
  5. Now add the fried bhindi, mix & cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add lemon juice,coriander leavesand turn off the flame.
  6. Masala bhindi is ready.Serve with roti/ chawal/paratha.
  7. RAITA(method)-
  8. In a bowl whisk the curd.Add all the ingredients.
  9. Mix well,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
