- Cuci bersih bebek yg sudah dipotong-potong lalu rendam dengan air bersih dan perasan jeruk nipis selama 30menit
- Setelah 30 menit cuci bilas bebek lalu rebus dengan air biasa sampe mendidih dan buang airnya. Sisihkan
- Blender bumbu halus lalu tumis hingga harum setelah harum beri air dan bumbu cemplung serta garam dan penyedap tunggu mendidih. Setelah mendidih masukkan bebek dan tutup rebus selama 5 menit lalu matikan api diamkan dalam posisi tertutup 30 menit setelah itu rebus kembali 7 menit. Setelah 7 menit matikan api dan biarkan tertutup jika mau disajikan tinggal digoreng garing. Merebus dengan bumbu metode 5-30-7.
