- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the tomatoes. Grill the tomatoes until done and until the sausages are colored. Remove them from the pan and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add in 1 tsp of butter. Add the mushrooms and grill until they slightly colorize. Add in a tsp of vinegar to deglaze the pan. Remove and keep aside.
- Fry two eggs sunny side up in a tsp of oil.
- Now arrange the elements on a plate and serve with toasted bread. The English breakfast is ready to serve.
