- Blender ayam,es batu,santan, putih telur dan duo bawang sampai halus.
- Tuang dalam wadah,tambahkan sisa bahan,bumbui juga, lalu aduk rata. Tes rasa.
- Ambil selembar daun pisang. Beri 1 sdm adonan, Lipat/gulung,lalu sematkan tusukan lidi diujungnya, saya pakai staples
- Kukus hingga matang di kukusan yg sebeluknya sdh dipanaskan. Lalu bakar diatas teflon, olesi dengan minyak goreng. Jangan lupa balik sisinya. Note: kalau mau langsung dibakar tanoa di kukus dulu, dibakar pakai api kecil sampai benar2 matang, agak lama memang.
