- Letakkan Daun Selada selembar kemudian diatasnya berturut2 letakkan bihun, wortel dan Timun taburkan garam sedikit (bila suka), gulung mulai dr sisi atas kemudian lipat kiri dan kanannya gulung dan padatkan. Letakkan daun ketumbar kemudian 2 bh stik kepiting diatasnya lanjutkan menggulung sampai habis (seperti menggulung Lumpia)
- Setelah selesai menggulung segera lapisi dengan plastik agar pada saat menata dipiring tidak saling lengket.
- Cara membuat Saos : campur semua bahan, air hangat, saos bangkok, saos tomat, garam, gula, air jeruk nipis/cuka aduk rata kemudian cicipi, silahkan sesuaikan dengan selera masing2. Apabila sudah pas masukkan wijen yg sudah disangrai dan daun ketumbar yg sudah diiris halus aduk rata
