  9. Siapkan air hangat dalam wadah, lalu masukan kertas spring roll nya ke dalam air hangat sebentar saja sampai semua basah, lalu angkat dan letakan di atas alas yg bersih

  11. Lalu gulung gulung 1 kali sambil kita padatkan, dan letakan 3 ekor udang yg sudah kita potong tadi bagian punggung udang kita letakan menghadap bawah dan bagian perut udang kita hadapkan ke atas, lalu gulung semua nya sampai selesai,
  12. Dan ini hasilnya, oh ya biyar kertas spring roll nya gak pecah seperti ini, saat penggulungan harus cepat cepat ya karena kalo gak kertas nya jdi mudah sobek
  13. Setelah selesai selanjutnya kita buat sambal nya kita tumbuk halus bawang putih dan cabe merah kecil, kalo kalian suka pedas bisa di tambah cabe nya, setelah selesai pindahkan dalam wadah
  14. Lalu tambahkan kecap manis dan sejumput gula lalu aduk aduk dan sambal nya sudah siap di hidangkan
