- Masukkan terigu, gula, susu bubuk kedalam wadah aduk rata
- Masukkan telur Dan air. Mixer hingga tercampur rata
- Masukkan air larutan ragi. Mixer hingga setengah kalis.
- Masukkan margarin. Mixer hingga kalis.
- Diamkan adonan 1 jam hingga mengembang 2x lipat. Ditutp pakai serbet/ plastik.
- Sambil menunggu adonan mengembang. Kita buat isian. Campurkan whipping cream dan air es. Mixer dg kecepatan tinggi selama 5menit
- Masukkan keju. Mixer hingga rata. Tes rasa. masukkan kulkas biar padat seperti eskrim
- Setelah adonan mengembang, kempeskan adonan. Ambil 1 genggam. Bulatkan. Letakkan ditempat yg sudah ditaburi terigu tipis aja ya
- Diamkan 30menit.
- Panaskan minyak. Goreng adonan dengan api kecil. Hingga kecoklatan. Boleh dibolak balik. Biar matangnya rata.
- Setelah dingin, belah roti menjadi 2 tapi jangan sampai putus.
- Masukkan cream keju kedalam roti secukupnya.
- Taburi gula halus diatasnya. Roti siap dihidangkan
