- Campur semua bahan di dalam wadah besar, kecuali air
- Uleni sambil menambahkan air es sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis
- Ambil beberapa bagian adonan, bagi2 adonan timbang supaya berat sama (saya kira2 saja)
- Bulatkan adonan, kemudian pipihkan dengan cara gilas adonan dengan rolling pin atau botol beling
- Letakkan 1 sdm isian dan telur rebus yg telah dipotong2 tadi di atas kulit
- Tutup rapat dengan cara melipatnya dan menempelkan kedua permukaannnya sambil dipilin2
- Lakukan hingga adonan dan isian habis
- Tuang minyak yg banyak di wajan
- Masukkan pastel dalam keadaan minyak masih dingin (supaya mendapatkan tekstur kulit yg mulus, tidak bergelembung2)
- Nyalakan api sedang cenderung kecil, goreng pastel hingga kuning keemasan
