  2. Tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas sampai harum, lalu masukkan buncis, aduk rata sampai buncis agak layu.
  3. Selanjutnya masukkan otak-otak, garam, gula, kaldu jamur, dan air, aduk rata. Koreksi rasanya. Terakhir masukkan cabe dan saus teriyaki, aduk rata. Masak sampai air menyusut. Angkat.
  4. Sajikan hangat.
