- Isikan kedalam lembaran kulit pangsit dan bentuk sesuai selera (saya pakai cetakan agar lebih kokoh). Lalu beri hiasan wortel parut diatasnya.
- Panaskan kukusan hingga air mendidih. Kemudian kukus adonan selama -/+ 30 menit atau sampai matang (kulit terlihat bening).
- Siap disajikan dengan saus sambal. Bisa juga digoreng (siomay goreng) atau disimpan dulu dalam lemari pendingin. Selamat mencoba 😊
