  6. Isi adonan dengan 1 sdm kentang. Rekatkan ujung adonan dengan mencubitnya. Lalu tarik dan tekan menggunakan ibu jari dan telunjuk.
  7. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang cenderung kecil. Goreng pastel sedikit saja, kalau kebanyakan pastel bisa hancur.
  8. Goreng hingga berwarna coklat keemasan.
