  1. Siapkan semua bahan. Campur semua bahan A kecuali air hangat.
  2. Aduk rata bahan A sambil tuang air hangat sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk sampai kalis.
  3. Setelah Kalis masukan bahan B. Aduk sampai Kalis elastis. Ini penting jika ingin donat tetap empuk tahan lama ya mom.
  4. Setelah kalis elastis, bulatkan adonan. Simpan dalam wadah, tutup dengan cling wrap atau kain bersih. Istirahatkan sampai mengembang 2x lipat. Saya sekitar 1 jam.
  5. Setelah 1 jam, kempiskan adonan dan ulen sebentar. Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian.
  6. Bulatkan dan pipihkan tiap adonan donat yg sudah ditimbang. Tata dalam wadah yg sudah ditabur tepung agar tidak lengket. Sy tempatkan di atas baking paper yg sudah ditabur tepung agar mudah menggorengnya.
  7. Tutup kain, diamkan hingga mengembang, sekitar 20 menit. Panaskan minyak api sedang. Lubangi bagian tengah donat dengan spuit sebelum digoreng. Goreng donatnya sekali balik ya mom.
  8. Tiriskan donat dan siap disajikan.
  9. Tabur gula halus, makin enaaak. Wangi madu dari ubi Cilembu yang di oven.
  10. Seratnya halus, empuk dan lembut kayak bantal. Enaaak bangeet mom. 😍
