  1. Haluskan ayam fillet dengan blender. Kemudian ulek bawang putih dan garam kasar, lalu campurkan dengan ayam fillet halus.
  2. Campurkan juga telur ayam, merica bubuk, tepung terigu dan tapioka. Tambahkan sedikit air agar adonan tercampur rata seperti umumnya adonan bakso.
  3. Siapkan air untuk merebus cilok. Masukkan minyak goreng ke dalam air. Cetak cilok bulat-bulat menggunakan 2 sendok. Masukkan ke dalam air rebusan (jangan sampai mendidih supaya ciloknya bulat halus, jika mulai mendidih, tambahkan air lagi). Lakukan sampai adonan habis.

  5. Buat bumbu kuah pedas dengan menguleknya sampai halus. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu sampai harum. Tambahkan air. Kemudian masukkan bahan tambahan kuah pedas.
