Steps to make Risol Bihun:
- Cara membuat bihun : Haluskan bamer dan baput. Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak,tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi dan matang, masukkan sedikit air, masukkan bihun yg sdh direndam, aduk2, masukkan garam, lada, kaldu bubuk. Cek rasa, masak sampai merata. Sisihkan.
- Cara membuat kulit : siapkan baskom, masukkan terigu, susu bubuk, tapioka, garam, campur rata.
- Masukkan air, aduk dgn whisk sampai rata, masukkan minyak, lalu masukkan telur. Aduk sampai licin. Saring spy tidak ada yg bergerindil.
- Panaskan teflon atau wajan kewalik. Tuang sedikit adonan, ratakan. Kl pakai wajan kewalik celupkan teflon ke dalam adonan. Masak dg api kecil sampai berubah warna kekuningan. Angkat. Ulangi sampai adonan habis.
- Penyelesaian : siapakan kulit risol, letakkan bihun. Lipat kulit risol, beri ujungnya dg sisa adonan kulit atau telur untuk merekatkan. Ulangi sampai adonan habis.
- Panaskan minyak agak banyak, goreng sampai kuning keemasan, tiriskan. Nikmat dimakan dg sambal kacang atau saus cabe.
