- Resting: simpan adonan roti di wadah bersih yg telah di olesi minyak. Lalu diamkan selama sejam. Jgn over resting. Ingat hanya sejam saja ya
- Shapping: berat adonan kurang lebih sekitar 927gr. Bagi adonan per @50gr akan menghasilkan 18 pcs donat. Lakukan rounding, dan letakan di atas baking paper uk 9x9cm.
- BENCH REST: 15 menit. Tekan adonan hingga menjadi agak pipih lalu lubangi tengahnya. Jika ingin donut dgn model bomboloni tidak usah lakukan step ini
- PROOFING: 1 jam. Usahakan tidak over proofing, agar saat digoreng donat tidak kisut
- FRYING: panaskan minyak, tunggu sampai suhunya 170 C. Goreng setiap sisi 1 menit, agar bisa menghasilkan ring donat yg sempurna
