- Siapkan bahan² sambal ijo, blender duo bawangnya terlebih dahulu, boleh sampai halus. kemudian baru lanjut blender kasar saja cabe ijo nya. itu sambal ijo saya kehalusan hihiii.. masih ada sih yg kasarnya dikit :)
- Tumis bahan sambal ijo itu dng salam, sereh dan daun jeruk, hingga bau nya harum dan berubah warna agak gelap. beri garam, gula dan kaldu ayam bubuk.
- Saya tomat ijo nya ga ikut di blender, lebih suka utuh aja. Kebetulan ini sambal ijo dibuat nya kemarin, dan memang sengaja disimpan di kulkas utk masak lain hari.
- Didihkan air. Rebus daging dng daun salam, ketumbar dan garam, hingga empuk.
- Sambil menunggu daging.. Kupas kentang, potong panjang dan kemudian goreng.
- Bila daging sudah matang dan empuk, kemudian angkat, tiriskan dan memarkan. Goreng sebentar.
- Mari kita mencampur.. panaskan minyak bekas goreng daging tadi, tumis sambal ijo, masukkan daging, kentang dan tomat ijo nya. Aduk rata, kemudian cek rasa. Kalau saya sudah tidak tambah garam gula lagi, karena di sambal ijo kemarin sudah saya bumbui.
