  1. Didihkan air, masukkan daging bersama daun salam dan lengkuas, rebus selama 15 menit, angkat daging, potong2, sisihkan. Saring air rebusan daging (me: tidak disaring) masukkan kembali daging kedalam air rebusan
  2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi, masukkan serai dan daun jeruk, aduk2, tumis sampai bumbu matang, angkat. Lalu tuang kedalam rebusan daging
  3. Panaskan kembali rebusan daging, bumbui garam, kaldu bubuk dan gula merah, masak sampai daging empuk dan bumbu meresap, sebelum diangkat masukkan daun bawang. Tes rasa. Angkat dan matikan kompor
  4. Siap disajikan dengan pelengkap
