- Get 2 tangkai parsley segar, ambil daunnya aja
- Get 2 sdm minyak goreng
- Prepare 1 telur ayam, kocok
- Take Garam dan bubuk lada hitam
- Take Nasi (pelengkap)

- Siapkan bahan2. Panaskan minyak goreng di api sedang (6 out of 9), masak fillet mignon 2 sisi hingga matang, tambahkan sejumput garam dan lada di 2 sisi. Masak kurleb 10 menit. Tiriskan. Minyaknya jgn dibuang ya :)
- Preheat oven di suhu 180 derajat celcius. Buka bahan crust di baking paper dan baluri dengan telur kocok. Lalu letakkan fillet mignon di tengah dan tutup bagian bawah ke atas, lalu 2 sisi samping ke tengah dan bagian atas ke bawah. Lumuri dg brush juga bagian atas biar jd lbh krispi. Setelah oven panas, masukkan daging bungkus dan panggang selama 45 menit.
- Di wajan bekas masak daging, panaskan di api sedang (6 out of 9) dan setelah panas, masukkan bawang bombay. Masak hingga harum dan layu. Lalu masukkan bawang putih dan cabe rawit. Haduk, dan masukkan jamur, wine masak, bubuk kunyit, 1/2 sdt garam, dan 1/4 sdt lada. Masak kurleb 5 menit lalu masukkan daun parsley dan turunkan api kecil (3 out of 9), masak kurleb 2-3 menit.
- Setelah 45 menit, cek fillet mignon, tusuk dg pisau utk memastikan daging masak full. Angkat dan diamkan sementara sambil menyajikan step 5.
- Di piring, sajikan nasi, lalu tiriskan jamur (tanpa bawang2 n kuah). Di api kecil sedang (4 out of 9), masukkan cream dan campur rata dg bawang2 n kuah. Masak kurleb 3-5 menit sampai panas. Tuang di atas jamur dan nasi.
- Potong2 fillet mignon dan sajikan saat masih panas. Selamat menikmati 🤗🍴.
