  1. ● BUMBU ULEK: haluskan merica, tambahkan bawang merah dan bawang putih, geprek. Campur semua bahan dan pindahkan ke wadah lainnya. Beri sedikit air pada ulekan, aduk" hingga sisa bumbu terikut.
  2. ● PROSES MEMASAK: tambahkan minyak goreng dalam panci, tunggu hingga agak panas (api sedang). Masukkan bumbu ulek, tumis hingga harum. Masukkan bawang prei dan seledri, tumis hingga layu. Masukkan air sisa bumbu, daging, wortel, kentang, dan buncis, tumis selama 2 menit.
  3. Masukkan kaldu daging, naikkan api menjadi api besar, masak selama 7-8 menit. Masukkan kubis dan fussili, masak kembali selama 3-4 menit. Tambahkan garam dan kaldu bubuk. Tes rasa.
