- Haluskan bumbu halus,kmudian tumis dengan minyak(2-3 sdm) sampai harum masukkan ke dalam kaldu daging
- Rebus kembali daging tambahkan garam, gula koreksi rasa, rebus daging sampai empuk
- Sajikan dengan daun bawang iris, bawang goreng, jeruk nipis, sambal dan koya (kerupuk udang yg dihancurkan)
